PanoGrama 2021 | Audition

General

A maximum of 30 musicians will be allowed to participate in the 2021 PanoGrama. Auditions are mandatory, with the exception of the current defending champion, for which one spot is reserved. Twenty-nine musicians will be selected from the auditions to participate.

February 28 - March 21, 2021

Audition Requirements

The following are the requirements for auditioning:

1. Record a 2-minute video of yourself performing an original interpretation (including pre-arranged or impromptu solos and variations) of any tune from any genre. Performances must be done with the accompaniment of a backing track.

2. A 30-second introduction of yourself and the tune to be performed must be included before your before your performance.

3. Videos must be recorded in 1080p, landscape orientation and uploaded to YouTube as “unlisted”

4. Musicians must be dressed in business casual attire.

5. Audio should be as balanced as possible with the steelpans and backing tracks

6. Using a tripod is strongly encouraged

7. Links to videos should be submitted via www.pano-grama.com/audition

8. No submissions would be accepted after March 21

Participants' Meeting

All selected participants will be required to attend a meeting on March 29, 2021 at 7:00pm AST via zoom.
